Charles Mark Bradford, age 54 of Madison passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020
He is survived by his son Nick Bradford, daughter Natasha Bradford and their mother Claudia Bradford; father Sloan Bradford, siblings Joseph (Mary) Bradford, Tammy (Bryan) Patterson, Daniel (Denise) Bradford, and Terry (Carry) Bennett.
He was preceded in death by his mother Jean Bradford.
Arrangements will be announced at a later time.
The family requests donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
