Donald Adkins, 65, of Arab, passed away Sunday.
He was preceded in death by father, LeRoy Adkins; mother, Lucy Adkins; brothers, William “Bill” Adkins and Jimmy Anderson; sisters, Doris Sims, Trixie Bury, and Peggy Adkins.
Surviving are wife, Wanda Jo Adkins; sister, Jean Anderson; sons, Derek Wayne (Teresa) Bearden, Tony Ray Wilbourn, Charles Wilbourn, Jr., Chad Wilbourn, and Chris (Melena) Wilbourn; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, Saturday at 1:00 PM with Rev. John Cole officiating.
Interment will be in the Moon Cemetery.
