Mr. Douglas Springsteen, 56, of Scottsboro, died on Thursday, February 6, 2020. Douglas was a 22 year Veteran of the Navy, member of the Patriot Guard Riders of Texas, member of the Baptist Faith, and loved restoring tonka trucks.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery with John Watts officiating. A visitation will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
Mr. Springsteen is survived by his sons, Joseph Springsteen, Jacob Springsteen, Cameron Springsteen, and Dallas Whitaker; grandchildren, Tyler Springsteen, Daniel Springsteen, Riley Springsteen, Zeke Gonzalez, Faye Springsteen, Radie Springsteen, and Elisha Springsteen; sisters, Kathy (John) Watts, Marianne Springsteen, Susan Comer, Sharon (Greg) Ordway, and Kimberly (Clay) Pilgrim; brothers, David (Bev) Springsteen, Michael (Mary) Springsteen, Bob (Kathy) Springsteen, and Tim Springsteen; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Alex Springsteen; parents, Warren and Mary Ellen Springsteen; and a brother, Rick Springsteen.
