TUSCUMBIA-Wednesday, January 29 Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williamson issued a press release concerning a First-Degree Sexual Abuse case involving a Muscle Shoals Man.
On Tuesday Kevin Wade Vinson, 33 pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse. Vinson received a 10-year sentence that has been suspended for five years pending no other arrests during the probationary period.
Vinson was arrested in April of 2019 and was charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 and also charged with enticing a child.
Vinson will be required to register as a sex offender.
