Kathleen Edith McClendon, age 95, of Jasper, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at her daughter’s home.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Abundant Life Fellowship. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Abundant Life Fellowship, burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Lee Aaron, Dale Banks and Richard Aaron will officiate.
Mrs. McClendon was preceded in death by her Husband-Lawrence B. McClendon; Daughter-Betty Hazel; Sons-Pete McClendon and Billy McClendon; Grandson-Scottie Hazel; Granddaughters-Kelli McClendon and Tracie Proud; Father-Sid Burton; Mother-Mamie Smith Burton; Daughter-in-law-Kathy McClendon.
She is survived by her Daughter-Ann Pierce (Gene); Daughter-in-law-Annette McClendon; Sons-Larry McClendon and Tony McClendon; Son-in-law-Ronald Hazel; Sisters-Shirley Aaron (JC) and Virginia Dutton (Billy); 8 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren; 9 Great-Great Grandchildren.
