Beatrice Peppers, age 93 of Phil Campell, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at Helen Keller Hospital.
She was born March 8, 1926 to Clarence and Mary Emma Fortner.
Visitation will be Monday, January 20, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Phil Campbell, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. . Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Brother Cayce Harrison will officiate.
Beatrice is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Bobby) Crown; sons, Wayne (Mary) Peppers; Gary (Christine) Peppers, and Ricky (Barbara) Peppers; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Prentice Lee Peppers; parents, Clarence and Mary Fortner; grandson, Rodney Crown; brothers, Loven Fortner, James Fortner, and Travis Fortner; and her sister, Flora Belle Fredrick.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Crown, Kyle Crown, Todd Crown, Heath Peppers, Robert Fretwell, and Jacob Fretwell.
