Brenda Joyce Brackett, age 71, of Grant, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jason Smith, Rev. Gary Williams and Rev. Rickey Bell will officiate. Pallbearers will be Charles Brackett, Gary Dale Heflin, Jadyn Heflin, Connor Brackett, Charley Bolt and Joshua Richards. Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5 until 8.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer Brackett (Richard Bolt), Teresa Heflin (Brent), Brent Brackett (Lori) and Joshua Richards (Jacklyn Parker), eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brothers, Kenneth Smith (Shelia) and Phillip Smith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brackett, daughter, Belinda Richards, son-in-law, Eddie Richards, brother,Benny Smith and sister, Juanita Smith.
