Mrs. Pearl Ann Irwin, 88 of the Dogtown Community, passed away Monday, Dec. 30. 2019. Mrs. Irwin was preceded in death by her husband Harold Eugen Irwin, in Sept. 2019. She was born in Florida Feb. 28,1931 daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Dillow Forbes. She was a member of the New Oregon United Methodist Church and was active in the mission group of New Oregon Church. She is survived by her children, Carol Anspach, Linda Ruhl, Richard Irwin, Bill Irwin and Sharon Dillow. 8 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday from the New Oregon United Methodist Church with Rev. Ian Connerly officiating. Burial will be In Fischer Cemetery. The family will receive friend from 12 Noon Saturday at the church until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the New Oregon United Methodist Church.
