Ronnie Dale Tolbert born on February 13,1949 to Elmo and Louise Tolbert. He is survived by 3 children, Kevin Tolbert, Chris Tolbert and Beth Tolbert. He is preceded in death by his parents Elmo and Louise Tolbert, 3 brothers Stephen Tolbert, Danny Tolbert and Billy Ray Tolbert. He is survived by 5 sisters Joyce Norton, Joan Appleton. Jean Stewart. Janet Malloy and Julie Praitano.
We will celebrate his life on Monday December 30th at 2 at parkway funeral home visitation is from 1-2 and service at 2 . He will be buried at Graham cemetery at Harmony church.
