Floyd C. Taymon, 85, of Grant, passed away Monday.
He was preceded in death by wife, Pauline Taymon, father, John M. Taymon, mother, Bell Z. Taymon, brothers, James Taymon, John Taymon, Richard Taymon and Herbert Taymon, sisters, Roxie Lofton, Virginia Drake, Julia Dilworth and Shirley Berry and grandson, Joseph Taymon.
Surviving are sons, Andy (Donna) Taymon, and Floyd Taymon, daughters, Marie (Bobby) Lewis, Charlotte (Pete) Davis and Wanda (Curtis Bearden) Hand, grandchildren, Andy, Angela, Karen, Elisha, Makayla, Cole, Quentin, Ron, Ronald, Kevin, Samuel, Alan, Lori, Wanda and Janice, brothers, Lloyd L. Taymon, Ray Taymon and Thomas Taymon, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 1:00 pm.
Interment will be in the Brown Cemetery.
