James “Jim” Thomas Newby, age 82 of Huntsville passed away Monday, Dec. 23, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Mary Newby; sons Ron Newby (Melinda), and Marc Newby (Shannon); daughter Jana McGhee (David); six grandchildren Britney Newby, Mallory Brown (Brandon), Bailey Stoner (Jesse), Jordan Newby, Matt McGhee, Devin Newby; sister Judy Core; and brother Max Newby (Marilyn).
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Peggy Newby.
Visitation is Friday, Dec. 27, 2019, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Dr. Jimmy Jackson. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
