Lori Lee, 56, of Guntersville, peacefully passed away Sunday. Lori Graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s in Pharmacy. She worked at several pharmacies and in a long-term care facility. Lori loved the lake life and being outdoors. Lori touched the lives of many through her selfless service to those who, just like her, had ocular melanoma.
Survivors include her husband, H. Bruce Lee; children, Michael J. Propst and Leslie Michelle McDaniels; parents, Cecil and Ann Hicks; sisters, Kara Brown and Wendy Hicks; granddaughter, Hayley Michelle Propst; parents-in-law, Jack and Sue Lee; and numerous other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 27 at Monte Sano Lodge with the Rev. Susan Sloan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Lori’s name to the Auburn University Ocular Melanoma Fund (www.cfeastalabama.org).
