Frankie Lee Gover, age 67 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at St Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. He was born in Albany, Georgia on November 24, 1952. Frankie was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. Before his retirement, Frankie was employed as a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing and golfing, especially at Scenic View Golf Course. Frankie was a member of Decherd Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Frankie is survived by his loving wife of twenty-two years, Cathy Gover of Winchester; sister, Tracie (Jason) McCreary of Estill Springs; several nieces and nephews; and special church friends, Kathy Prall, and John and Jean Wheaton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lee (Epperson) Hannah; and siblings, Michael Hannah, Sheila Hannah, Terry Sherwood Hanah, and Mary Charles Heath. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Franklin Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials donations be made to Moore-Cortner Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
