Funeral Service for Barbara Jane Walker, age 74, of Vinemont, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Glenn Miller officiating; interment in Corinth West Cemetery in Battleground.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Walker passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Cullman Regional. She was born March 1, 1945, to Jospeh and Millie Jane Peek.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Berten Walker; parents, Jospeh Peek and Millie Jane Peek; and brothers, Garthy Vernon Peek and Shorty Peek.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Walker; sons, Richard (Kathy) Walker and Derandy Joseph (Lisa) Walker; grandchildren, Alicia Fay Nickelson (William Lee), Loyd Berton Nickelson, Richard Joseph (Kelsey) Walker, William Luther (Ashley) Nickelson, Marie Walker (Adam Tolbert), and Timmie Ray (Kayla) Walker; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Erlene (Oddy) Curvin and Evelyn (Ronald) Brooks; and brother, Levon “Peanut” (Mary) Peek.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
