John Raymond Bell, 80, of Hazel Green, passed away Dec. 11th.
He was a former member of the Huntsville Police Department, from May 1961-October 1971, before retirement. John was a Life Member of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks, Lodge #1648, where he acted as treasurer for 37 years and served as Exalted Ruler in 1972.
