Robert Henry Cianchetti, born November 18, 1999, died at home December 13, 2019. Robert graduated in May from Camden Military Academy, Camden, SC, with the rank of Lieutenant. Upon graduation, Robert had begun the process of enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. Robert was a kind, thoughtful, and compassionate young man. He loved firearms, weightlifting, his dog Murphy, his girlfriend Sydney, and his family very deeply. He was an amazing young man and will be greatly missed.
Robert is survived by his mother, Marge Cianchetti; father, Bob Cianchetti; brother, Sam Cianchetti; grandparents, Sam and Linda Cianchetti; aunts, Kelly Long and Sara Miles; uncles, Todd Long, Mark Dingwell, and David Cianchetti; cousins, Kelly Nicole and William Miles, and Julia, Natalie, and Daniel Cianchetti. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Dr. Robert T.L. Long, Barbara W. Long, and Marilyn Cianchetti.
Visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, December 19 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Ridout’s Valley Chapel in Homewood, Alabama.
