Eulala Kilgore Brooks, age 87, of Warrior, passed away December 11, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Bertha Kilgore; six sisters and one brother. Eulala is survived by her husband, Jimmy Brooks; son David (Kelley James) Brooks; grandson, Cody Brooks; granddaughter, Courtney Lawson and step-granddaughter Shelbie James Panter, and a host of nieces and nephews. Eulala was a member of Mt. Zion Church. She worked for U.S. Pension and Security office before becoming mother to her beloved son, David. She was a kind, Christian woman who had a gift for making everyone feel loved. She will be deeply missed by her family, extended family and all friends who were blessed to know her. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 14, 2019 at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation from 12-2 pm. Funeral Service will begin at 2pm with burial following in McCormack Cemetery.
