He was buried Thursday, December 05, 2019 at Franklin Memory Gardens with a private family burial.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Wayne Stutts; mother, Dorothy Tompkins Stutts; grandparents, Raymond & Ruth Tompkins, and Howard and Ruby Smith.
He is survived by his sons, Ryan Stutts, Blake Stutts; sister, Carla Malone (husband, Roy); niece, Hollie Malone Crowe (husband, Aaron); and nephew, Johnny Malone (wife, Sara)
