She was a 1976 graduate of Lamar County High School in Vernon, Alabama and graduated later from Troy State University in Montgomery, Alabama. Victory worked for BBVA Compass Bank in Montgomery, Alabama. She was a military spouse. Victory enjoyed shopping, reading, taking care of family, and her prayer closet.
Visitation: 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2019, at the Otts Funeral Home in Sulligent, Alabama.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, following visitation, at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial: Furnace Hill Cemetery.
