Wm. Harry Beene, 79, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019. Visitation will be at Berryhill Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 27th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. with funeral service following in the chapel. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Beene was born in Moulton, Alabama on March 5, 1940. He was a resident of Madison County for 63 years. Mr. Beene was a 1958 graduate of Huntsville High School and a graduate of Athens State University. He owned and operated Superior Roofing Company for many years prior to his retirement. Mr. Beene was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Beene and Exie M. Beene, and sister, Clara M. Beene. His survivors include two sisters, Mary Ann Harris and Peggy Sadler, both of Huntsville; his daughters, Melissa Felder and Heather Cousins; five grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
