Mrs. Brenda Ellis Jackson, age 74, wife of Howard Wayne Jackson, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
The family will celebrate her life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on March 22, 1945 in Henderson, Tennessee, Brenda was the daughter of the late Ovid & Virgie Ellis. She earned her Associates Degree from Freed-Hardeman University and previously worked as a realtor in Williamson County for over thirty years. Brenda married Howard Jackson on June 2, 1972 and together they had one son, Justin Wayne Jackson. She took exceptional care of her husband, son and two granddaughters, Colie & Brailee Jackson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Massey.
