Billy Joe Burks, 64, died November 16, 2019. Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. to noon at Pleasant Hill FCM Church. Funeral will follow at noon at the church with burial in Spruce Pine Cemetery. Akins Funeral Home, Russellville will assist the family.
