Michael Barry Allen, Jr. 63, of Ardmore, AL died Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital, Huntsville, Alabama.
Born Thursday, December 1, 1955 in CA, he was the son of Michael Barry Allen, Sr. and Betty JoAnn Summers.
He has lived in this area since 1962. He was of the Baptist faith and a Jack of All trades.
He was preceded in death by his :father, Michael Barry Allen, Sr.; wife, Clara “Sue” Allen, brother, Tony Allen, and sister, Angie Allen.
He is survived by his mother, Betty JoAnn Summers, Huntsville, AL; daughter, Chrystal (Chad) Hobbs, Ardmore, AL; sons, Erik Allen, Nederland, CO and Adam Allen, Huntsville, AL; brothers, Jamey Allen, Wichita, KS, Andy Allen, Huntsville, AL, and Richard Summers, Huntsville, AL; sisters, Myrna Sullivan, Hazel Green, AL, Michelle Echols, Huntsville, AL, and Teresa McNally, Toney, AL; 6 grandchildren; special friend, Tala, Ardmore, AL; several nieces
and nephews.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 1:00 PM with Bro. Richard Summers and Joseph Manasco officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
