Elizabeth Joyce Borom, age 58, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital.
Joyce was born on Sunday, June 25, 1961 in Demopolis, Alabama. Joyce and her husband, Tommy, was together for 32 years. She was a kind and caring woman, who became like a mother to a lot of people. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Spruce Pine Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Tommy Borom; children, Eve Cortez, Hope Borom, Lance King, Lacey King; 17 grandchildren; mother, Elizabeth Lindsey; aunts, Eloise Duncan, Gloria Reid; brothers, John Ward, Ken Ward, Bruce Ward; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The pallbearers will be Jeremy, Keith, Lance, Sylvester, Bruce, and Alex.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
