Cecil Leon Allums passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at his residence. He was born December 9, 1934, to Ira Dayton and Estelle Allums.
Mr. Allums was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Roberta Green.
Survivors include his wife, Inez Allums; son, Randall Lee Allums; daughter, Geneva Ann Fryback; grandchildren, Morgan Marie Lenczyk and Olivia Kathryn Saurer; and sisters, Pauline (George “Bud”) Clifford and Debbie (Rick) Garrison; a host of nieces and nephews; and his beloved shih-tzu, Sissy.
