Helen Lafay Allen , age 84 of Lebanon, TN passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Countryside Healthcare and Rehab after an extended illness. Mrs. Allen was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker and a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Loretto Memorial Chapel, Inc.. Jeff Putnam will be officiating. Burial will follow in Bonnertown Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Loretto Memorial Chapel, Inc..
