Brian Travis “Pop Pop” Collins, age 56 passed away September 24, 2019. He was an Electrician for Road Runner Electric. Loved gardening and teaching his grandchildren to work and appreciate the land. He used to race in his earlier days and enjoyed watching Nascar. Preceded in death by father, Guy Leonard Collins. Survived by: wife, Susan Dodd Collins of College Grove; son, Tyler Collins of Murfreesboro, TN; step sons, Jacob (Andrea) Rader of Chapel Hill, TN and Adam David of California; step daughter, Lizzie (Justin) Rader of Eagleville, TN; mother, Barbara Jean Collins of College Grove, TN; brother, Daryl (Jan) Bornstein of Kingston Springs, TN; sister, Vickie (Wayne) Barnes of College Grove, TN; grandchildren, Braden Jones, Tanner Rader, Allie Rader and Charleigh Rader; beloved pets, Kobe, Remie and Bitty Bit. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Josh Whitson officiating. Interment College Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Rader, Justin Dodd, Jesse Neal, The Trails End Gang – Barry Owen, Talley Floyd, Billy Cromer and Bryant Barnes. Special thanks to Caris Hospice and New Hope Caregivers.
