Mr.Phillip “PA” Albert Smith, age 63, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Tuesday, May 08, 1956 to Adolphus and Ruby Mosteller Smith.
He is preceded in death by his, parents, brother, Kenneth Smith, and sisters, Joyce Landers, and Edith “Eddie” Dudley.
Survivors include his, daughter, Sara (Christian) Zafeiropoulos, brother-in-law, William “Bill” Dudley, sister, Grace Bowmen, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
