Penny Shackelford Brom, 67 of Sulligent, Alabama. Died Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Penny was born on September 15, 1952, in Crossett, Arkansas to the late L.E. “Monk” Shackelford and Mildred Rushing Shackelford. She was a 1970 graduate of Lamar County High School, Vernon, Alabama and was a member of Celebration Worship Center. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Visitation: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2019, at the Otts Funeral Home in Sulligent, Alabama.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, following visitation, at Otts Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating: Bro. Brian Reeves and Bro. Lynn Godsey.
Pallbearers: Eric Lucas, Austin Belk, Daniel Crosby, Doug Crosby, Joshua Estes, Ernie Murphy, and James Shackelford.
