William Grover Lamons, 89, of Hollytree, passed away Sunday.
He was preceded in death by wife, Margie Dudley Lamons, son, Dennis Lamons, son, David Lamons, father, Grover Wilson Lamons, mother, Ella Lamert Lamons, granddaughter, Kimberley Lamons, and 15 brothers and sisters.
Surviving are son, Clarence (Sue) Lamons, son, Rocky (Carolyn) Lamons, son, Ricky (Annette) Lamons, son, Randy Lamons, daughter in law, Linda Lamons, 14 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Jessie Tipton officiating.
Interment will be in the Green Valley Cemetery.
