Marie was born on April 30, 1971, in Longview, Texas a daughter of Curtis Anderson and Diane Pascucci Broeckel. She grew up in Illinois where she attended Elgin High School. She graduated from Bevill State Community College in Hamilton earning her L.P.N. in nursing. While living in Texas, she enjoyed showing Arabian horses/ She loved reading her Bible and she loved her family, dogs, and animals of all kinds.
