Paul David “P.D” Owens

Mr. Paul David “P.D” Owens was born March 8, 1943 in Waynesboro, TN to the union of the late O.J. and Martha Lynn Owens. Mr. Owens was an Appliance Repairman, a Farmer and a member of the Philadelphia Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN. He was united in marriage to Linda Franks on July 14, 1968.Mr. Owens departed this life on September 1, 2019 in Waynesboro, Tennessee making his stay in this life some 76 Years, 5 Months and 24 Days.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years Linda Franks Owens of Waynesboro, TN; a son, James Owens of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter Sarah Owens Parker and husband Bill of Waynesboro, TN; a sister, Ruth Ann Graham and husband Bruce of Waynesboro, TN; nephew, Brian Harris and wife Tina of Waynesboro, TN. He is also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Owens was preceded in death by a brother, J. Lynn Owens and a nephew Anthony Harris.

Services were held on September 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors at Waynesboro in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Craig Mason officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Gardens at Waynesboro, Tennessee
