Thomas Edward Armstrong, age 73, of Phil Campbell, passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Yafei Armstrong.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Phil Campbell City Campbell City Cemetery.
