Charles Walter Payne, age 56 of Harvest passed away August 25, 2019.
He is survived by two sons Jonathen Chad Payne and Joshua Taylor Payne; mother Sara Faye Payne; sister Nancy Payne Stevenson; brothers Keven Clay Rayne and Melvin Kenneth Payne, Jr.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Private services will be held.
