Carolyn Joan Arthur, age 74 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away August 20, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center, Florence, Alabama. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Visitation is Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Funeral Service is Friday, August 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.. in the Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel in Haleyville with Terry Bendall and Dennis Steward officiating. Burial to follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers: Bryan Hood, Connor Hood, Johnny Hood, Tyler Hughes, Chase Arthur and Steve Cagle.
Joan is survived by her husband, Doug Arthur; children, Todd Arthur, his wife Barbie and Kim Arthur Hughes, her husband Randy; brother, Rayburn Cagle; grandchildren, Tyler Hughes, Anna Kathryn Hughes and Chase Arthur; great grandchild, Coats Hughes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Almos and Ellie Knight Cagle.
