Mr. Loyd Russell “Rusty” Mohundro, age 69, a resident of Columbia, previously of Lynnville, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Rusty was born on March 23, 1950. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps and worked self employed, repairing and installing printing presses.
He is survived by his wife: Glenda Owen of Columbia; father: James Savage of Texas; children: Steve (Andrea) Mohundro of North Carolina, Michael (Mishanda) Mohundro of North Carolina; Michael (Ashley) Turner of Pulaski, Stephanie (Justin) Goetz of Columbia, Jason (Jenny) Chapman of Gallatin; brother: Wayne (Kay) Mohundro of Texas; sister: Deana (Jack) Cleesattel of Missouri; twelve grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Jo Cantrell Mohundro; step mother: Mary Savage; and brother: Tommy Mohundro.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
