Ferrell D. Mason, 92, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday. In 1952, Mr. Mason founded Mason Jewelers, which he owned and operated for 50 years.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Maxine Steakley Mason; daughter, Janet Robbins; son, Kenneth Mason (Linda); 4 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Wanda Griffin of Tulsa, OK.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research.
