Funeral service for Don Addis, 81, will be Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Virgil Crisp, Bro. Patrick Latham, Bro. Rob Hale and Bro. Joe Holmes officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Addis died on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at his residence. He was born December 16, 1937, in Lawrence County to Brady Thomas Addis and Marietta Dickes Addis. Don was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Decatur, Alabama and was a Gideon, serving until his health would not permit. He was employed by General Motors in Pontiac, Michigan, where he was a Machinist until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents.
