Faron Jerome Goodman, age 35, of Florence, passed away May 27, 2019. Visitation will be Monday, June 3, at Spry-Williams Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. A celebration of his life will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Jerome was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he was in logistics.
He attended Brooks High School, was a 2004 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School and attended the University of North Alabama. He loved fishing, camping, kayaking and other outdoor activities, but most of all, he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Coleman Barnett and Eugene Goodman; grandmother, Evelyn Barnett; uncles, Luther Goodman, Coleman Barnett and Johnny Barnett; aunt, Judy Webber. Survivors include his parents, Faron and Patricia Goodman; sisters Kristy Lanzenstiel and Megan Goodman; grandmother, Eula Jean Nelms; and nieces and nephews.
