Ms. Geneva S. Petty, 86, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Russellville Health Care. Born in Parrish, Alabama, she was a homemaker.
Graveside services for Ms. Petty will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Alabama. Officiating will be John Hubbard.
Surviving are children: Andrea Petty Burch, Barry Mitchell Petty, Leslie Petty Hosey and Bryant Edward Petty; grandchildren: Joshua Laster, Mitchell Petty, Emma Petty, Anna Hosey and Jessica Hosey Applewhite; great-grandchildren: Jason, Luke and Arabella Laster; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Ida Slocumb; husband, Billy Petty; siblings, Doris Johnsey, Eunice Currington and Deotis Slocumb.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
