Mrs. Jane Hudson, age 104, of the Scant City area of Union Grove, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at her residence.
Mrs. Hudson was born on August 5, 1914 in Coffee County to Gus L. Hutchison & Ola Lee Lambert Hutchison. Mrs. Hudson was married to the late John Clinton Hudson who passed on November 8, 1991. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, sewing, quilting & canning. Loved being outdoors tending to her garden and working in the yard.
Mrs. Hudson is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Tommy Messer & Nicole; daughter & son-in-law, Wanda McBride & Colon; daughters-in-law, Caryl Messer-Seymore, Janice Kendrick; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Gus L. Hutchison & Ola Lee Lambert Hutchison; husband, John Clinton Hudson; sons, Billy Messer, Charles Kendrick.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Chaplin Mike Yopp, officiating. Entombment will be in Brookwood Cemetery, with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will include; Clint Messer, Rikie McBride, Travis McBride, David Durham, Erik Meisner, Brant Meisner & Anthony Chambers.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00p.m. Friday, May 24, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chap
