Ann was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In her lifetime, she worked at TVEC for five years and the Hardin County Board of Education for 25 years. Ann loved reading, antiques, yard sales, auctions, birds, yardwork, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and Wheel of Fortune.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Beth Pippen of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Dennis Lowder and wife Sandra of Saltillo, Tennessee and David Lowder and wife Shawn of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jill Edwards Webb, Christian Stricklin and husband Brent, Lane DeBerry, Jr., Madison Leibach, Paden Jerrolds and wife Tiffany, and Patience Sheets and husband DJ; great grandchildren, Sarah Edwards, Emily Edwards, Macey Stricklin, Emma DeBerry, Traeleigh DeBerry, Kaison Leibach, Killian Kyle, and one due May 25, 2019, Vivian Margaret Sheets.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Joe Jowers.
