The funeral service for Casey Urbina, age 37 of Goodwater, will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. at the Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland with the Reverend Tony Combest officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Urbina passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at her home. She was born in Clay County to Ellis and Annie Horn Baird. She enjoyed crafting, helping others and loved everyone. Her greatest joy was taking care of her children.
She is survived by three sons: Brian Cerrato Urbina, Sean Cerrato Urbina and Garrison Cerrato Urbina; one sister, Janiet Meherg (Dillon Lucas) of Alexander City; one brother, Daniel Baird (Amanda) of Alexander City; fiancé, George Pully of Goodwater; other extended family members and many caring friends.
Casey was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Stacy Miller and daughter Lanie Cerrato Urbina.
Dillon Lucas, Eric Price, Billy Price, Armando Ramirez, Doug Denny and Shane Brown will serve as pallbearers.
