Kenneth Larry Boyd, age 72, of Nauvoo, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Old Union Cemetery on Bylar Road. Sis Deb Guthrie and Bro. Jerry Norris will officiate.
Mr. Boyd was preceded in death by his Parents-William Alfred Boyd and Mable Louise Buzbee Boyd; Children-Kimberly Michelle Boyd Kelly and Paul Wayne Garrison; Sister-Phyllis Debra Gossett.
He is survived by his Wife-Judy Boyd of Nauvoo; Daughter-Kendra Sherer (Cory) of Nauvoo; Sons-Kenneth Gregory Boyd (Lisa) of Mayfield, KY, Kevin Boyd of Nauvoo and Michael Garrison of Jasper; Brother-Jerry Boyd (Pat) of Elgin, IL; Grandchildren-Katelyn Sherer, Coby Sherer, Brooke Casey, Tasha Garrison, Anthony Garrison, Jessica Craven, Justin Calhoun and Brandon Calhoun; 8 Great Grandchildren; Special Friends-Jerry Norris and Harriet Lockhart.
