Wanda Kay Swader, age 67 of Cherokee, passed away on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. Her visitation will be at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee on Monday, May 6 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. Bro. John Bray will be officiating. Burial will be in Mountain Springs Cemetery.

Wanda was a native of Colbert County, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Butler; and her sister, Doris Boatwright.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Larry Swader; son, Bradley Swader (Melissa); daughter, Jennifer Greene; mother, Ruby Butler; brothers, Kenneth and Ricky Butler; sisters, Barbara Smallwood, Debbie Shook, and Joyce Horner; grandchildren, Tasha Mobley, Cloey Swader, and Dylon Patton; great-grandchild, Neeko Patton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Dylon Patton, Mark Robertson, Blake Robertson, Justin Mobley, Jesse Duffey, and Michael Patton.
