L.C. Forrester, age 89, of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Mr. Forrester was preceded in death by his Son-Mark Forrester; Father-Dolph Forrester; Mother-Eadie Tidwell Forrester; Brother-Revis Forrester; Sisters-Pearline King and Emaline Tubbs.
He is survived by his Wife-Freda Rivers Forrester; Daughter-Myra Treadway; Son-Randy Forrester; Sisters-Mozell McCullar, Florene Steadman and Estene Stanford; Grandchildren-Jana Forrester, Lanette Johnson, Joselyn Verschelden, Justin Forrester, Matthew Treadway and Emily Forrester; Great Grandchildren-Ethan, Ashlee, Edwin, Logan, Will, Charlotte, Lathan, Hudson, Jace, Townes and Arlo.
Pallbearers will be Justin Forrester, Matthew Treadway, Ethan Treadway, Kyle Posten, Clark Forrester and Phillip McCullar.
