MORGAN COUNTY-On Friday, March 29 the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department issued a statement concerning the arrest of a man wanted for Rape 1st Degree:
“On Friday March 29, Terry Legar Goodman III visited the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office to complete a Concealed Carry Permit Application. While processing the application it was determined that a Felony Warrant had been issued on March 26, 2019 for Mr. Goodman’s Arrest. Deputy Sheriff’s arrested:
Terry Legar Goodman III, 33 of Apt 1206, 1602 Brookridge Dr SW Decatur, AL on the charge of 1st Degree Rape.
The suspect was transported downstairs and booked into the Morgan County Jail. Bond set at $15,000.00.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
