Ms. Patsy Ann Adams, 81 of Hazel Green Alabama, went home March 24th, 2019 to be with our Lord and her Momma & Daddy, Onie Pearl and Raymond Lee Adams, her Brothers, Charles Edward, Lawrence C., & Roy Lee Adams, her sisters Thelma Louis, Betty Jean (Mickie) & Aetna Catherine whom she missed so very much.
She was a native of Louisville KY but eventually moved to Alabama where she lived out her life. She loved her children and her family so very much.
She is survived by her four daughters, Julia L. Brice of Eminence KY, Carmen M. Potts of Shepherdsville KY, Ronald L. Miracle of Southhaven MS. Karen D. Howell of Campbellsburg KY and Shawn R. Moore of Hazel Green Alabama. She had 15 Grandchildren, 11 step Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 11 Step Great Grandchildren, 2 Great, Great Grandchildren along with many Nieces and Nephews.
Ms. Adams will be Cremated thru Spry Funeral Home, Huntsville Alabama. No service at this time but Expressions of Sympathy can be mailed to Shawn Moore 112 White Willow Court, Hazel Green Ala. 35750
