Mrs. Syble Illine Waugh, age 81, of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Barfield Health Care. She was born January 21, 1938 to Hugh and Velma (Craven) Wilson. Mrs. Waugh was a resident of Scottsboro for more than 50 years.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Anthony Barnes and Bro. John Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until time of service.
Mrs. Waugh is survived by her son, Alan Waugh and his wife, Belinda (Wells) Waugh of Grant, Alabama; her daughter, Lisa Waugh of Los Angeles, California; two grandsons, Daniel (Emily) Waugh of Woodville, Alabama and Jared Waugh of Grant, Alabama; her brother, Dillard Wilson of Rainsville, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.
