Billy Clarence Harris, age 84 of Middleton, died Tuesday morning, March 19, 2019 at his home.
Billy was born October 15, 1934, the son of Clarence Herman Harris and Ethel Rogers Harris. He worked at Tennessee Gas for 45 years before retiring, and was a farrier, an avid catfisherman, and a well-known horse show judge. He was a member of the Middleton Church of Christ.
Billy leaves his sons, Roger (Tamra) Harris of Jackson, Paul Harris of Franklin, and Dave (Julie) Harris of Middleton; sister, Carolyn Taylor; brother, Leroy Harris; four grandchildren, Eric, William, Parker and Taylor Harris; and five great-grandchildren, Allyson, Jayden, Libby, Porter and Liam.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jimmy, Bobby and Bud Harris; sister, Sue Wilson; and a granddaughter, Chelsea Harris.
